- Check the availability on the Events Calendar on this website
- Contact our Events Manager and reserve your preferred date and time
- You will receive a confirmation package via email
- Remit the required $300 deposit for groups over 20
- Read over the regulations on the Terms and Conditions page

Confirming your Golf Tournament
- Call or email the Events Manager with your final numbers and arrangements
- Send out a reminder email to your participants
- Arrange for the invoice payment which is due on your tournament day
